he five-day technical training programme on the Asean Cooperation Project on Utilisation of Satellite Images for Disaster Management came to a close yesterday. The closing ceremony was held at the Information Communications Technology Centre of Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD), and saw participants of the programme presented with certificates for their involvement.
