CubeWerx Releases ClearSkies Online Haze Removal Tool for Aerial and Satellite Imagery

Gatineau, Canada – CubeWerx today announced the general availability of its ClearSkies platform, a pay-as-you-go service for automatically removing light to medium haze from high-resolution remote sensing imagery.

“People spend a great deal of time and money acquiring imagery that, in many cases, is not ideal because we can’t always guarantee perfect clarity in the sky when we collect data. Existing tools that help with this are desktop based, built into expensive image processing software, and require a very high degree of technical skill to achieve reasonable results. This automatic online tool will let anyone, at any skill level, immediately recover value from their investment in data collection.”, says Edric Keighan, President and CEO of CubeWerx.

The automatic haze removal process used in ClearSkies requires no metadata, and no special expertise. Just upload your data, click the de-haze button and download your results.

The service is risk free and no charge to use until you are happy with the results. You pay only for final processed imagery when you download it.
