Suzlon, Guangdong Nuclear in 800-Megawatt World Wind Power Plan

The companies are exploring sites in Brazil, South Africa, China and India, and plan to complete the projects over the next three years, according to an e-mailed statement from Suzlon. Guangdong Nuclear unit, CGN Wind Energy Co., has installed 3,000 megawatts of wind capacity in China. It has no operating wind farms overseas, according to its website. Suzlon has plants in China and India and sells turbines to most major markets including the U.S. and Europe, according to its website. Read More
