Maptek Re-Launches Open Pit Scheduler As Maptek Evolution

‘Processing schedules within a single solution and leveraging the cloud is 10 times faster than traditional methods,’ said Maptek Mine Scheduling Manager Steve Craig. ‘Many iterations are run to analyse the most relevant solution for a particular set of data inputs and operating conditions. Planning teams can concentrate on developing the scenarios that add value.’

This results in the optimised allocation of haul routes with calculated cycle times, productivity and fuel burns. Scheduling across planning horizons helps operations hit blending targets and meet customer specifications.
