According to SAM President and CEO, Chris Solomon, RPLS, “This acquisition is another great addition to SAM Companies. The JMC team brings a strong combination of talent and experience that aligns well with our core services. We are very excited about the new opportunities to expand our services in this region and we look forward to working with our new partners to deliver best-in-class solutions for clients.”

The JMC leadership team, including President, Joseph Colvin, will be joining the SAM management team. According to Colvin, “We are thrilled to become part of a company with such a great reputation and industry-leading position as SAM. We look forward to helping bring a broader level of service and capabilities to clients in our region.”
