Arlington Capital Partners Agrees to Sell Quantum Spatial to NV5 Global, Inc. for $303 Million

WASHINGTON – Arlington Capital Partners (“Arlington Capital”), a Washington, DC-based private equity firm, announced today that Quantum Spatial (“Quantum” or the “Company”) has executed a definitive agreement to be acquired by NV5 Global, Inc. (NASDAQ:NVEE) for $303 million. Quantum Spatial, one of the nation’s largest independent geospatial data firms, provides geographic insights to government and corporate organizations that need geospatial intelligence to mitigate risk, plan for growth, better manage resources and advance scientific understanding.
