AceCad Software Expands its Operations in South East Asia

Paul Daynes, Head of EPC Division and Global Business Partners, commented: “SEA is of strategic importance to AceCad’s growth plans in the region. Through IOCS, an established reseller of “best of breed” engineering softwares in South East Asia, the StruCad platform will add complimentary value to its engineering customers’, who are seeking improved business processes and integrating structural content from Plant Design into detailing and fabrication.”

Siew Sim Chee, Managing Director, IOCS adds: “We are very excited with this agreement with AceCad. Executing structural projects between EPCs and fabricating contractors, traditionally is an inefficient process – with drawings as a transfer media. Our customers’ will benefit hugely from using the StruCad platform products to reduce risk, cost and schedule. With a fully managed model share, improved workflow processes and content collaboration capability, in addition to greater model detail including connections in the design model for richer clash reporting, there is an immediate return on investment.”
