WALGA Joins A-Spec Consortium in West Australia

The  A-Spec  Group  welcomes WALGA  – the Western Australian Local Government Association to our consortium. WALGA and the A-Spec consortium have been working closely to address the benefits that the consortium members in Western Australia may derive from ensuring that R-Spec complies with WALGA’s key needs for contributing information into ROMAN II.The A-Spec umbrella now covers three very important specifications. D-Spec  outlines the specifications for digital files containing drainage pipe, pit, property connections, Water Sensitive Design Elements (WSUD) and telecommunication conduits and pits, while  R-Specprovides “As Constructed” digital data of elements within the Road Reserve in a GIS ready format and O-Spec deals with assets within open space/recreation areas.
