CMCO Announces Launch of New Crosby HHP3 App

Introducing the next-generation load monitoring iOS and Android app

CHARLOTTE, NC,
August 3, 2026 – CMCO (Nasdaq: CMCO) has released a major update to its Crosby Straightpoint HHP App, giving users a more powerful and flexible mobile solution for wireless, real-time load monitoring and testing. Now available, the updated mobile app enhances performance, usability and connectivity for the lifting industry. The HHP3 App connects wirelessly via Bluetooth to any Crosby Straightpoint Bluetooth load cell, providing users with real-time data and improved functionality directly from their mobile devices.

Developed with customer input, the latest version of the HHP3 App introduces a wide range of new features that streamline workflows, improve data quality and simplify reporting. Users can now connect up to eight Bluetooth load cells simultaneously, subject to phone capability, enabling greater efficiency for complex lifting operations.

Logging performance has been significantly enhanced, with timing intervals now available down to 3Hz, allowing for more precise data capture. The app also introduces spoken load announcements, using the phone’s built‑in text‑to‑speech functionality with no additional applications required. This provides hands-free, real-time audio feedback, enabling operators to maintain complete focus on the load.

Reporting capabilities have been expanded to include a Microsoft Excel export, improved sharing options beyond email and the ability to add photos directly to reports, providing clearer documentation and improved traceability. Users can also save templates, import details from previous logs and delete logs as needed.

Additional enhancements include the ability to turn work shifts on or off, adjust settings and view reports without connecting to a device, add more detail and context to lifts, modify device thresholds at the start of logging and customize the user interface with scaling options, selectable weight units and named devices.

To support a global customer base, the HHP3 App is now available in Chinese, Dutch, French, German, Japanese, Norwegian and Spanish.

These improvements to the HHP3 App reflect CMCO’s continued commitment to innovation and customer‑driven development, providing customers with greater control, faster setup and more powerful reporting so users can work more efficiently and confidently in the field.

The updated HHP3 App is available now via supported app stores. For more detailed product information, visit the product page on our website.
