Europa Technologies launches europaIQ property intelligence

Europa Technologies has launched europaIQ, a suite of property intelligence data for Great Britain which can provide new and deeper insights into property assets and their neighbourhoods, thereby underpinning critical decision-making.

europaIQ covers both commercial and residential property and is organised into a number of categories, including physical, financial, environmental, commercial, telecommunications, utilities, public transport, road networks, locality, government, healthcare and demographics.

All property intelligence data in europaIQ is indexed by Unique Property Reference Number (UPRN), which is a unique identifier assigned to all addressable locations in Great Britain. europaIQ uses UPRNs to connect property intelligence to comprehensive address databases, including AddressHub and OS AddressBase.

Warren Vick, Director of Europa Technologies, commented, “In a rapidly growing market, we are delighted to launch our first property intelligence product. europaIQ provides anyone with an interest in property with essential information which can meet challenges, improve decision-making and reduce risk.”
