The Latest Release of UVARA™ is Now Available

BetterGIS is excited to announce its latest release of UVARA™, the leading intelligent infrastructure system for facility & construction management. Building on the strength of its turnkey solution for managing, tracking, and planning all aspects of existing and future infrastructure assets, the latest release focuses on user experience and deeper search capabilities.

“This release provides a major milestone in the development of the next-generation intelligent infrastructure platform.” Says Michael London, CEO, BetterGIS, Inc. “Our users are already experiencing tremendous value, and this release continues to grow uses not possible with traditional paper management systems.”

With this release, users are seeing a simpler organization of infrastructure data as well as faster access to the information needed. Future releases will build upon this foundation and include mobile apps and augmented reality capabilities.

“UVARA has become indispensable to managing our three sizeable campuses and interacting with staff and maintenance personnel. We are saving valuable hours every day using UVARA.” Jose Nunez, Vice-Chancellor Facilities Planning & Operations.

Users will automatically have access to the new features when they login into the system.

About BetterGIS

BetterGIS is a San Francisco area startup company. Its flagship suite of SaaS and mobile products, UvaraTM, is built by a team of engineers and computer scientists to address the No. 1 problem: managing out-of-sight, out-of-mind utility, and facilities infrastructure that often leads to costly project overruns, delays, and even injury. UvaraTM addresses the full lifecycle of the assets starting with the engineering, planning, and construction phase, and continues through operation and maintenance and financial planning. The product addresses the infrastructure management challenge facing those responsible for commercial and public sector facilities including municipalities, educational institutions, utility companies, hospitals, and medical centers, and their architecture, engineering, contractor and risk management, and insurance partners. UvaraTM applications are industry standard compatible with Esri, Autodesk, OGC, and main GIS and CAD platforms. The applications include native mobile apps, Augmented Reality apps, and support for IoT. BetterGIS is a technical member in the Open Geospatial Consortium and contributes to the standards in assets’ mapping in the GIS field. For more information go to https://uvara.com/
