Brainnwave Brings Unique Data Portal to Scotland Showcase

Edinburgh, September 2017: Located in the heart of the city and celebrating their two-hundred and thirtieth year, Edinburgh’s famous Assembly Rooms will host the GEODATA 2017 Scotland Showcase on 12th October 2017 and the attending geo-professionals will have their first chance to see the Brainnwave data portal, first-hand.

The team of young entrepreneurs behind Brainnwave understands that if people are going to make better decisions then they must have quick and simple access to the location datasets that they need, at the time they need them.

This insight drove the creation of a platform that removes the barriers between data suppliers and end-users. Anyone needing location or other relevant information, now has a single point of access to the world’s data which allows them to either download purchased datasets or have them streamed into their applications via the Brainnwave Geo Web Services.

The ‘Geo-industry’ is data rich to say the very least and every day, more information is being created. Organisations, including the Ordnance Survey, Airbus, the USGS, the European Space Agency and Here have all recognised the power that Brainnwave gives to their customers and prospects in allowing them to search and purchase their datasets; which is why they are all Brainnwave suppliers.

Explaining more about what people visiting the one-day seminar will see if they visit his company’s stand, CEO and Co-Founder of Brainnwave, Steve Coates commented; “The GeoDATA 2017 event is a great opportunity for us to highlight the innoivative work we are doing within the geospatial industry. We will be showcasing the Brainnwave marketplace and the many benefits that it can bring to businesses.

We provide the platform and expertise that enables you to enrich and analyse your data, making it usable and profitable. If you are interesting in sourcing data, commercialising your data or looking to transform your existing data into business intelligence the Brainnwave team will be there to help.”
