Ricardo Sáenz Amandi takes over as GMV Defence and Security General Manager

Sáenz Amandi succeeds Manuel Pérez Cortés, who will remain associated with the company as an advisor.

GMV has appointed Ricardo Sáenz Amandi as Defence and Security General Manager. With this new appointment, the company is strengthening its leadership in an area of strategic importance amid today’s geopolitical climate.

Previously Defence and Security Programs Manager, Sáenz Amandi brings 30 years of in-sector experience at GMV. Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in overseeing the division’s flagship programs and cultivating relationships with clients and institutions in Spain and internationally.

This strong professional track record has led to his appointment as Defence and Security General Manager. In this new role, he will focus on driving GMV’s growth and development in the domain, bolstering the company’s technological capabilities, and cementing its position as a trusted strategic partner for its clients.
