Quantum Solutions’ Q.Fly Water Named “Water Tech Solution of the Year” By CleanTech Breakthrough

Market Intelligence Organization Recognizes Standout Companies Advancing Next-Generation Clean Technologies

Q.FLY Water has been selected as “Water Tech Solution of the Year” in the 3rd annual CleanTech Breakthrough Awards program conducted by CleanTech Breakthrough, a independent market intelligence organization that evaluates and recognizes standout climate and clean technology companies, products and services around the globe.

Quantum Solutions’ quantum dots inform practical imaging technology in the field. The incredibly tiny particles glow in precise colors when light hits them, allowing for the illumination, sensing, and imaging of things that sit beyond the visible spectrum. This quantum-dot short-wave infrared (SWIR) technology makes this invisible data accessible and actionable.

The Q.FLY Water payload takes satellite Normalized Difference Moisture Index (NDMI) out of orbit, putting it into the hands of drone operators. The result is water intelligence at field scale, captured on demand, at up to 1,000 times the spatial resolution of satellite data. Q.FLY Water allows operators to understand water availability and plant stress at a deeper level across fields and down to individual rows and leaves. These insights support water conservation, land management, agriculture, and environmental monitoring.
