Magnasoft Appoints Rebecca Lasica as Chief Executive Officer

Industry veteran with deep expertise in geospatial, energy, and infrastructure to strengthen client partnerships and accelerate global growth.

Magnasoft, a provider of geospatial design, engineering, and mapping services, announced the appointment of Rebecca Lasica as Chief Executive Officer.

Rebecca brings more than two decades of experience, including over 15 years leading commercial growth across geospatial, energy, and infrastructure markets. She is known for building scalable commercial organizations and delivering consistent results in highly regulated, mission-critical environments.

Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President and Revenue Leader at NV5 Geospatial and previously held global commercial leadership roles at L3Harris Technologies. Across both organizations, she built and scaled go-to-market operations across multi-product portfolios, strengthened enterprise relationships, and translated technical capabilities into measurable outcomes for clients.

As CEO, Rebecca will lead the strategic direction and operations of Magnasoft and its global subsidiaries. Based in Denver, Colorado, she will focus on strengthening Magnasoft’s core business, deepening client partnerships, and expanding the company’s presence across Government, Telecom, and Infrastructure markets.
