Geospatial analytics firm HawkEye 360 files for US IPO

April 10 (Reuters) – Geospatial analytics company HawkEye 360 on Friday ‌filed for an initial ‌public offering in the United States.

Market volatility has stalled the IPO market’s recovery, delaying listings as investor caution rises, though a pipeline ‌of deals remains ready and bankers expect activity to rebound once conditions stabilize.

The company operates a constellation of satellites that detect and geolocate RF signals, delivering actionable intelligence used in ‌military and national security operations.

HawkEye will list on the New York Stock ‌Exchange under the symbol “HAWK.”

Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, RBC Capital Markets and Jefferies are among the underwriters ‌for the offering.
