Jill Bricker Joins TRC as Director of North American Geospatial Solutions

WINDSOR, Conn. – TRC Companies, Inc. (TRC), a global professional services organization delivering integrated strategy, consulting, engineering and applied technologies, announced that Jill Bricker has joined TRC as Director of North American Geospatial Solutions.

In this role, Bricker will lead and expand TRC’s portfolio of geospatial programs covering cloud migration, modernization of Esri platforms and custom development initiatives. She will play a key role in advancing TRC’s geospatial integration offerings along with artificial intelligence capabilities to enable asset visibility and drive operational efficiency.

Bricker brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in GIS, asset management and operational transformation across utility and technology organizations. She spent a decade with Esri Professional Services, leading complex domestic and international application delivery projects valued from $500,000 to $14 million. She later managed a $50 million enterprise GIS integration initiative at Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E), leading a 45-member cross-functional team to deliver 14 major releases on time and under budget in support of a California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) mandate.

Jill’s deep expertise and track record of innovation in geospatial, enterprise integration and large-scale programs will be instrumental as we continue to expand our capabilities and support clients advancing Esri platform modernization and operational integration,” said Jeff Haight, Managing Director, Geospatial and Sector Strategy. “Her understanding of the geospatial business and how clients maximize value from investments in the technology are key strengths we’re excited to add to our team.

Bricker’s appointment underscores TRC’s continued investment in advanced geospatial solutions that enable utilities and infrastructure owners to modernize systems, enhance asset performance and make informed, data-driven decisions.
