Irvine, Calif., November 25, 2025 — Terran Orbital Corporation is pleased to announce that Cheryl Paquete has joined the company full-time as Chief Financial Officer, transitioning from her previous temporary role into a permanent leadership position.
Cheryl brings nearly 20 years of leadership in finance and business operations at Lockheed Martin Space, where she most recently led high-value portfolios across Deep Space Exploration, Commercial Satellites, Weather & Earth Science, and advanced development programs. A proven leader with deep expertise in financial planning, earned value management, forecasting accuracy, and data-driven risk analysis, Cheryl has consistently transformed teams, improved operational performance, and strengthened bottom-line results.
Cheryl led major finance and business operations efforts at Lockheed Martin, overseeing $350M in annual mission revenue, driving independent cost evaluations across the entire Space portfolio, and delivering substantial performance improvements on key satellite programs. She guided business operations for various programs such as GeoXO, THAAD, AEHF, and multiple classified efforts while building and mentoring high-performing finance teams through leadership development programs.
Cheryl holds an MBA from Santa Clara University, a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southern California.
As CFO, Cheryl will oversee Terran Orbital’s financial strategy and long-range planning as the company continues to scale its satellite manufacturing capabilities and positions itself for its next era of growth.
