INTERGEO 2025: The Real Estate Lab

A new think tank at INTERGEO combines geodata, purchase price information and AI for the first time – and could therefore change real estate valuation in the long term. The new format will premiere on October 9, 2025 in Frankfurt.
Frankfurt, June 26, 2025 – INTERGEO 2025 in Frankfurt is getting serious about innovation: With the Real Estate Lab @ INTERGEO, a new think tank will celebrate its premiere on October 9, linking geodata, purchase price information and AI-supported real estate valuation in the real estate industry.
The Real Estate Lab brings together relevant players from fund and real estate valuation, politics and administration, banks and investors as well as providers of geodata and real estate data in order to break new ground in data-based real estate valuation.
Under the motto “Geodata. Purchase prices. AI – The new foundation of the real estate industry”, selected decision-makers from fund and real estate valuation, politics and administration, banks, investors and experts for geodata and real estate data will meet for the first time.

This is exactly where we come in with the Real Estate Lab,” explains Peter Ache, head of the DVW working group on real estate valuation. “The lab is a real accelerator that provides strategic impetus and paves the way for data-based real estate valuation. It brings the relevant players together – for more transparency, precision and innovation in real estate valuation.”
