CompassData Welcomes a New Senior Account Executive, Joshua Voelker, as They Celebrate 30 Years of Innovation

In his position as Senior Account Executive Josh Voelker is tasked with continuing to build the CompassData, Inc.  business serving their current client base and expanding into the U.S. government. Special focus will be placed on creating the right products and solutions to meet the unique needs of their clients in every phase of their respective missions.

Voelker began his career as a Pilot flying in the field directly with clients and achieved all his aviation certifications while obtaining his Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Professional Aviation Flight Technology with a minor in Unmanned Systems from the Indiana State University, Terre Haute, IN. With over 1500 hours of flight time (both manned and unmanned flying hyperspectral, thermal, LiDAR and other optical sensors) Josh understands the complex challenges faced by CompassData clients and is well equipped to assist in solving their challenges through the CompassData offering. He is also a licensed Thermographer and is very familiar with international operations as a pilot and solutions consultant serving geospatial organizations in Australia and the US. Voelker has added value everywhere he has worked, with an expertise in geospatial hardware, software, and solutions as he focuses on putting state-of-the-art technology into the hands of the clients who need it.
