RIEGL to Exhibit at HAI HELI-EXPO 2023!

RIEGL will be exhibiting at  HAI HELI-EXPO 2023 taking place from March 7 – 9th, 2023 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta , GA! Save the date and visit us at Booth B2814 where you can meet the RIEGL experts and learn more about the latest developments in RIEGL Ultimate LiDARTM Technology for airborne helicopter-based applications.

For the precise mapping and inspection of utility assets, RIEGL provides turn-key, heli-pod solutions for the rapid installation and deployment of hybrid LiDAR and high-resolution imaging sensors on virtually any model of helicopter platform. Whether it is the VP-1 Heli-Pod with a nadir LiDAR and 4-band imaging system for vegetation encroachment analyses, or the VPX-1 hybrid oblique imaging system with fore/aft/nadir cameras and multi-view LiDAR scanning engine for detailed inspection and inventory, RIEGL has a heli-pod configuration for virtually any application requirement.

In addition, RIEGL has the VUX-Series that is used in this space. The VUX-12023 is a lightweight and compact aerial LiDAR with NFB (Nadir/Forward/Backward) scanning with up to 32 returns per max 2.4 million meas. per sec. and supports up to 2 cameras. Ideal for high point density complex terrain mapping applications on high-speed UAVs, helicopters, or small manned aircrafts up to 2350 ft / 720 m.

The VUX-160 23 further expands the scope with the ability to support up to 5 cameras and reach up to 2950 ft / 900. Finally, the VUX-240 is a versatile aerial LiDAR with up to 15 returns per max. 1.8 million meas. per sec. and supports up to 4 cameras. Ideal for high point density corridor mapping applications on high-speed UAVs, helicopters, or small manned aircrafts up to 4600 ft / 1400 m
