Dewberry Announces Promotions in Colorado

Dewberry, a privately held professional services firm, has announced the promotion of three professionals in its Denver and Greenwood Village, Colorado, offices.

Todd Shafer, PE, is the firm’s water market segment leader and has been promoted to vice president. Based in Denver, he has 27 years of experience and joined Dewberry in 2018. Shafer earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from California Polytechnic State University (1994) and is a member of the New England Water Environment Association and the Water Environment Federation.

Jennifer Novac, GISP, PMP, is a senior quality manager for the firm’s geospatial and technology services practice and has 17 years of experience. She is based in the firm’s Denver office and has been promoted to associate vice president. Novac earned a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from Indiana University (2006) and is a member of the American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing.

Christian Marsh-Frydenlund, CEM, CCP, is a program manager in the firm’s commercial construction practice and is based in its Greenwood Village office. She has been promoted to associate vice president and has 18 years of experience. Marsh-Frydenlund earned a master’s degree in engineering and technology management (2003) and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering (2002) from the Colorado School of Mines. She is a member of the Association of Energy Engineers.
