Geo Week Conference Program Announced!

200+ speakers and 50+ sessions slated for the 2023 edition of Geo Week in Denver, CO

Portland, Maine – Organizers of Geo Week, the premier event that champions the coming together of geospatial technologies and the built world, have announced the Conference Program for the 2023 event, which will take place February 13-15, 2023, in Denver, CO. The programming will feature more than 200 speakers across 50 sessions with content that explores geospatial technologies, digital workflows, cutting-edge reality capture tools, advanced lidar and much more. The educational programming for event partner ASPRS (American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing), which hosts its Annual Conference during Geo Week, is also available; access to the ASPRS Annual Conference may be added within registration and discounts are available for combination passes.

Geo Week showcases the increased integration between the built environment, advanced airborne/terrestrial technologies, and commercial 3D technologies. The combined conference program and tradeshow floor will feature commercial applications of digital technologies, innovations and case studies in the built environment, advanced airborne and terrestrial remote sensing solutions, and more.

Experts from Autodesk, Caltrans, Esri, Florida DoT, Hexagon, Skanska, USGS, WGIC and many other top organizations will share their expertise on a range of topics. Featured sessions include:

The full program and speaker list can be viewed here.

The Geo Week conference program details practical applications, best practices, and innovative approaches to complex projects, showcasing the latest technology and techniques across the disciplines under the Geo Week conference umbrella – AEC, 3D technology and geospatial/lidar.

“Our conference program is at the cutting edge of intersecting technologies, and focused on the future,” said Lee Corkhill, Group Event Director at Diversified Communications, organizer of Geo Week. “We are thrilled to be bringing together leaders who are developing new workflows for complex projects and sharing their perspectives in these rapidly-growing fields.”

Geo Week provides education, technology, and resources for professionals in industries including AEC, Asset & Facility Management, Disaster & Emergency Response, Earth Observation & Satellite Applications, Energy & Utilities, Infrastructure & Transportation, Land & Natural Resource Management, Mining & Aggregates, Surveying & Mapping, and Urban Planning & Smart Cities.

Geo Week also features vendor-delivered Product Previews, Exhibit Hall Theater presentations and workshops. More than 140 companies have confirmed booths on the Exhibit Hall Floor with additional companies being confirmed every week. More than 150 associations and media are confirmed as supporters.

Geo Week represents the evolution of previously stand-alone events International Lidar Mapping Forum (ILMF), SPAR 3D Expo & Conference and AEC Next – once independent entities that have come together to form a single, encompassing event.  The unification of these events was created as a response to the changing needs of built world and geospatial professionals, and to acknowledge the convergence of technology that is currently happening. New technological innovations, the need for remote workflows, and hardware breakthroughs are redefining expectations across teams, organizations, and entire industries.
