Jason Dolf Joins Dewberry as Aerial Acquisition Program Manager

Dewberry, a privately held professional services firm, has announced that Jason Dolf, CP, CMS, has been hired as a senior associate and program manager. Dolf is based out of the firm’s Tampa, Florida, office and is responsible for managing the firm’s aerial acquisition program.

Dolf brings nearly 25 years of experience to Dewberry’s geospatial department with a background in the geospatial and public safety industries. His technical background includes photogrammetry, lidar, aviation, unmanned aircraft systems, geographic information systems, and emergency management. As the aerial acquisition program manager for Dewberry, Dolf will be responsible for the oversight and management of the aerial acquisition remote sensing assets and lidar calibration program.

“Jason’s background in the aerial imagery and emergency management industries is a tremendous asset to our geospatial team,” says Dewberry Senior Vice President Amar Nayegandhi, CP, CMS, GISP. “With our recent purchase of the CZMIL SuperNova Topobathy and Riegl VQ 1560 II-S topography sensors, it’s critical that we expand our team to support the lidar and imagery projects that are imperative to our clients’ missions of mapping topography over land and under water.”

Dolf is the program committee chairperson and member of the Management Association of Private Photogrammetric Surveyors. In addition to this involvement in the geospatial industry, Dolf serves and volunteers with his county’s local emergency aerial response and fire rescue teams.
