All Traffic Data Expands Its Executive Team, Adds COO and CTO

DENVER- All Traffic Data Services, LLC (“ATD”), a leading provider of transportation data collection and analysis services, recently announced additions to its senior leadership team.

Randy Martinez, an eight-year veteran of ATD, has been promoted to serve as the company’s Chief Operating Officer. In his role as COO, Randy will oversee and support the operations of ATD’s four regions in the Central, Pacific Northwest, Southwest, and Southeast. Randy began his tenure with ATD managing the Company’s Denver office and helped develop the Colorado market into one of ATD’s largest by revenue. He was then promoted to Regional Manager in 2020, where he managed ATD’s Central region, including the Colorado, Nebraska, and Arizona offices.

Mark Richter joins All Traffic Data as Chief Technology & Innovation Officer, bringing over 20 years of engineering and consulting expertise to the role. Prior to ATD, Mark served as Vice President of Ricondo & Associates, where he provided consulting, engineering, facility planning, and project management in the aviation industry. His experience in database architecture, product development, and executing projects for government agencies will be invaluable in his new role with ATD. Mark will manage the company’s technology infrastructure, data processing systems, new product development, and Intellisite, ATD’s permanent camera and sensor offering for motion data collection.
