Andre Trudel Named President of Korem’s New Business Consulting Division

QUÉBEC CITY – André Trudel, a well‑known figure in the fields of business development and high‑performance management, is joining Korem as President of the company’s brand‑new business consulting division.

“André is a proven leader who knows how to motivate and drive colleagues, and achieve ambitious goals,” said Sébastien Vachon, Korem’s founder, chairman and CEO. “The whole Korem family is proud and excited to broaden our services by launching a new business consulting division with such an important player at the helm.”

Over the past two decades, André Trudel has leveraged his integrity, versatility and innate knack for communications to make his mark on the business world. He has demonstrated his energetic management approach in every position he has held, whether in large business consulting firms or promising start‑ups.

In close synergy with the geospatial solutions sales and integration team, André will be tasked with developing and implementing a strategic plan to accelerate Korem’s growth through new consulting services in geolocation—a field in which skyrocketing demand far outstrips available expertise in North America.

“Our clients and partners share their needs with us, and we have the experience and know‑how to put forward a team that is able to make a huge difference in their projects,” explained Vachon, who said he has his sights set on doubling Korem’s sales in the next five years.

Jean‑Sébastien Guy, Korem’s president since 2019, will continue to masterfully oversee the sale of geospatial solutions, which has formed the bedrock of the company’s success and reputation for more than 25 years.
