Avineon Completes Acquisition of Two Springs Consulting

McLean, Virginia – May 5, 2020 – Anand Subramani, President of Commercial Systems at Avineon®, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Two Springs Consulting LLC (Two Springs). As a provider of professional GIS services for more than a decade, Two Springs supports public utilities and local governments with a wealth of experience in all aspects of GIS implementation and enhancement.

Two Springs, a well-established professional services organization located in Seneca, South Carolina, is known for serving multiple clients throughout the state with exceptional quality services. The addition of the Two Springs team complements Avineon’s current professional services offering and fits with Avineon’s culture to provide reliable, value-based solutions to all of its customers.

“Avineon has been working with Two Springs ownership for several months to understand their customers, employees, and innovative geospatial solutions,” said Joel Campbell, Avineon’s Vice President – Commercial Systems. “This acquisition will enhance our offerings at a critical time in the growth of the Esri Utility Network in the municipal utility market. In addition, it reflects Avineon’s commitment to expanding our team to meet customer needs during the COVID-19 pandemic. We have maintained near 100% capacity worldwide during the shutdown and this acquisition increases our ability to support customers facing issues with their internal or contractor supply chains.”

“Finding a home for our customers and employees that is consistent with our values of exceptional, reliable service was important to us as we look towards focusing our energy on growing our other business interests,” says Steve Springs, Owner and Managing Director of Two Springs. “Avineon presented an opportunity to provide additional value and offerings to our long-term customers and significant growth opportunities to our staff. The cultural match of Two Springs and Avineon made this decision an easy one for us.”

Avineon offers geospatial products and services to Esri clients in numerous industries, including electric, gas, water, and telecommunication utilities, as well as local, state, and federal government agencies. Avineon’s geospatial solutions include strategy, planning, specification development, product implementation, software development, project management, scanning, photogrammetric services, stereo-compilation, photo interpretation, landbase and facilities data capture, GPS data collection, data conflation, environmental mapping, database development, training, and data maintenance.
