Speaker Proposals Now Being Accepted For 4th Annual Commercial UAV Expo

The 4th Annual Commercial UAV Expo, the leading North American commercial drone event, is currently accepting speaker proposals for the conference program for the 2018 event, taking place October 1-3 at the Westgate Resort in Las Vegas. Commercial UAV Expo, incorporating Drone World Expo, recently announced their 2018 advisory board, comprised of technology leaders from CNN, Hogan Lovells, GoogleX, Airbus Aerial, AT&T, GE Aviation, Ford Motor Company, Chevron Energy, and others, who will review all speaker abstracts, which must be submitted by Wednesday, February 28.

“We are looking for expert speakers and industry thought leaders to help propel the event even further and to bring our audience three days of outstanding content,” said Lisa Murray, Group Director at Diversified Communications, organizer of the event. “Thousands of drone professionals from around the world will attend Commercial UAV Expo to take advantage of everything the show has to offer, including networking events, buying and selling solutions and education. We’re looking for outstanding drone and UAV professionals to help us curate the content that business leaders need to succeed and excel in this industry.”

The advisory board will be looking for general sessions focused on regulation/legislation; security/counterdrone technology; and future of robotics/drone technology. Proposals must contain factual, educational content and avoid sales pitches. The board will also review abstracts for the following vertical industry tracks focused on enterprise integration and operations:

  • Civil Infrastructure
  • Construction
  • Emergency Response/SAR
  • Film/Television
  • Government
  • Law Enforcement/Public Safety
  • Mining & Aggregates
