DigitalGlobe to Announce Second Quarter Financial Results on July 20, 2017

WESTMINSTER, Colo.-DigitalGlobe, Inc. (NYSE: DGI), a leading global provider of commercial high-resolution Earth observation and advanced geospatial solutions, will announce its second quarter 2017 financial results after the close of regular market trading on Thursday, July 20, 2017.

Due to the Company’s pending combination with MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates, the Company will not conduct an earnings call but will provide supplementary information on the Company’s Investor Relations Website.
