Teledyne Optech Brings Full Spectrum of Remote Sensing Technology to Esri UC 2017

Teledyne Optech is pleased to announce that it will present the latest lidar and imaging solutions for acquiring accurate geospatial data at the Esri 2017 User Conference in San Diego, CA. GIS professionals from around the world are invited to see the full spectrum of remote sensing technologies on July 10-14 at booth 2220.

For airborne applications, visitors can learn about our award-winning Optech ALTM™ Galaxy and how it can help survey wide areas and rugged terrain efficiently, accurately and cost-effectively. The new Galaxy T1000 model combines a 1000-kHz effective ground measurement rate with SwathTRAK™ technology to create the most compact, most efficient, and most versatile lidar sensor available today.

Our autonomous Optech Eclipse airborne lidar and image collection system is designed for operator-less collects along powerline corridors and in asset management surveys, where maximum data precision and accuracy are a must.

The Optech Titan sensor is the world’s first multispectral lidar system, capable of simultaneous high-resolution bathy and topo mapping. Its unique third wavelength enables new applications for those looking to expand their business opportunities.

On the terrestrial side, we will introduce you to the Optech Polaris Terrestrial Laser Scanner, a powerful new instrument that excels at both indoor and outdoor applications with its 1600-m maximum range, 500-kHz maximum PRF, and 360° FOV. Its automated interface makes surveying easy even for untrained operators, and its comprehensive ATLAScan processing software delivers refined data products in the field or at the office.

Finally, the booth will feature our innovative lidar/camera mobile mapping system, the Optech Maverick, which is so light and flexible operators can even mount it on a backpack and survey in locations otherwise inaccessible by vehicles.
