RippleNami, Inc. Earns Two Gold and One Silver Stevie Awards in 2017 American Business Awards

SAN DIEGO – RippleNami, Inc., a provider of a map-based data visualization platform accessed via the cloud, announced today that it earned two gold and one silver Stevie® Awards in three categories of The 15th Annual American Business Awards.

RippleNami was recognized as Gold Stevie Award winner in the Best Product or Service of the Year – Software – Data Visualization Technology category, while President and Chief Executive Officer Jaye Connolly-LaBelle earned the Gold Stevie Award for Executive of the Year – Computer Software – Up to 500 Employees and the Silver Stevie Award winner in the category of Woman of the Year – Business Products Industries.

The American Business Awards are the nation’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small. Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word meaning “crowned,” the awards will be presented to winners at a gala ceremony at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York on Tuesday, June 20, 2017.

More than 3,600 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories.

“We are honored to be recognized across several categories by the American Business Awards’ judges for our efforts in helping to connect the unconnected around the globe through a novel mapping technology that is changing the way the world accesses data and communicates. During 2016, RippleNami grew significantly, and having the judges recognize our growth and efforts in doing social good and fostering social change is both humbling and rewarding,” noted Jaye Connolly-LaBelle, president and chief executive officer at RippleNami.

“According to judges’ comments, they clearly cited the change RippleNami is affecting. One judge noted, ‘Technology in service of humanity in need is and always will be a noble endeavor. The work here is proof of that,’ and another said, ‘RippleNami is a logistical platform that enhances people’s lives around the globe. The ability to bring resources and needs of people together to accomplish delivery of supplies enhances the world we live in.’ We couldn’t be more proud of such acknowledgements from these prominent judges and congratulate our global team for their unrelenting commitment to our company and to social advancements,” Connolly-LaBelle said.

More than 190 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s Stevie Award winners. Details about The American Business Awards and the list of 2017 Stevie winners are available at www.StevieAwards.com.
