Graphiq and Pitney Bowes Partner to Visualize Neighborhood and Boundary Data for Real Estate Industry

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. — Graphiq, the semantic technology and data visualization company, today announced a partnership with Pitney Bowes, a global technology company that provides innovative products and solutions to power commerce. The collaboration will enable Graphiq to leverage Pitney Bowes’ geospatial data capabilities to visualize and deliver enhanced data on local neighborhoods, school attendance zones, and more through its interactive visualization API, bringing a new level of insight to Graphiq’s real estate knowledge graph.

Pitney Bowes’ granular local data will offer additional context on any given property in the US — which, when paired with Graphiq’s visualization technology, will provide a comprehensive real estate solution that offers detailed information on everything from age distribution to cost of ownership at the most granular community level. Now, Graphiq will be able to present Pitney Bowes data in an optimized visual format that utilizes Pitney Bowes’ advanced boundary shape technology to better visualize existing local data.

How it will work: With this collaboration, Graphiq will ingest, structure, and build Pitney Bowes data into dynamic, interactive visualizations. Graphiq will then provide a dedicated Real Estate API, through which embeddable, fully responsive data visualizations can be programmatically retrieved and scalably implemented across a customer’s digital experiences.

“Pitney Bowes’ neighborhood and community data is the most detailed in the industry,” said Alex Rosenberg, VP of Enterprise at Graphiq. “With this partnership, brokerages and portals will be able to easily access granular information at the neighborhood level without the extensive cost and complexity of working with raw data.”

“When it comes to deriving meaningful business insight, data is just half the battle,” said Dan Adams, VP of Data Products at Pitney Bowes. “Being able to analyze that data and visualize relationships and patterns between data points is critical, especially in the real estate industry. We’re excited to partner with Graphiq and join our world-class capabilities to deliver value to U.S. customers.”

Both Graphiq and Pitney Bowes hope this collaboration will put more decision-making power in the hands of real estate consumers by making it easier for product and marketing teams to access and visualize neighborhood data.
