CyberCity 3D Signs Integrator License Agreement with DigitalGlobe/Joins DigitalGlobe’s Information Partner Program

El Segundo,CA – CyberCity 3D, Inc., a leading geospatial 3D modeling and streaming services company headquartered in Los Angeles County, CA, announced today that it has signed an Integrator License Agreement with Westminster, CO-based DigitalGlobe, Inc. (NYSE:DGI), the industry-leading Earth imaging and data analytics company. DigitalGlobe owns and operates the world’s most sophisticated constellation of commercial earth imaging satellites.

CyberCity 3D’s patented 3D modeling software pairs perfectly with DigitalGlobe’s high-accuracy, high-resolution satellite imagery to create accurate 3D “smart” city models that empower government agencies,  the AEC/VDC industries, and utility companies in their decision-making and communications.  These rich 3D building models assist clients by providing realistic, data-packed visualization of cities, projects, water utilities, and ongoing planning.

DigitalGlobe’s advanced satellite constellation collects more than 3 million square kilometers of Earth imagery daily (about the size of India). CyberCity 3D will use this state-of-the-art imagery to create its models, making this agreement a welcome addition to the Company’s resources.

“Having the ability to access stellar stereo satellite data anywhere in the world under this strategically beneficial business relationship allows CyberCity 3D to be a major presence in the Smart City space along with the traditional GIS and 3D visualization channels,” stated Kevin DeVito, CyberCity 3D’s Founder and CEO.

In addition to the Integrator License Agreement, CyberCity 3D is also honored to join DigitalGlobe’s Information Partner Program. DigitalGlobe’s IPP focuses on companies harnessing DigitalGlobe’s cutting-edge imagery to build information solutions for our changing planet.

“I’m happy to add CyberCity 3D to our Information Partner Program. The combination of their 3D modeling expertise and our industry-leading satellite resolution and accuracy support ‘Smart City’ initiatives on a global basis,” said Drew Esson, Director of DigitalGlobe’s  Information Partner Program. “Together with partners, such as CyberCity 3D, DigitalGlobe is unlocking information contained in satellite imagery that enhances customer’s confidence to make critical business decisions in order to build and manage the cities of the future.”

CyberCity 3D is passionate about providing valuable, interoperable solutions to assist in the sustainability of our world. The foundation of the Company’s business is patented software that crafts accurate 3D “smart” buildings with extensive attributes including absolute and relative height, surface area total, and roof slope.  These buildings add spatial and visual context as well as provide a wealth of accessible data.

CC3D’s data seamlessly integrates with most commercial software products including Autodesk InfraWorks 360, Autodesk Maya, and Trimble SketchUp. CC3D models can be exported to a host of software file formats including Collada, Geodatabase, Shapefile, .dxf, .kml, .fbx, .skp .fbx, obj, .dwg and .dgn.

CyberCity 3D also offers two SaaS solutions.  The Company is the North American distributor for Baseform, a game-changing solution that revolutionizes water utility management using 19 integrated applications to monitor, analyze and plan your network in real time.  CyberCity 3D also teams with AGI’s Cesium, an open-source globe, to bring streaming 3D maps to clients worldwide.
