Patterson is an experienced financial, operational and strategic executive leader with over 20 years of experience in helping high-growth private and public software companies scale. Following the recent strategic growth investment from Silversmith Capital, Patterson’s addition is a first step in executing DMP’s vision of growth.

“We are pleased to welcome Tom to our team as the new CFO,” said James Skurzynski, President and CEO at DMP. “Tom’s experiences and knowledge in the SaaS industry will help DMP scale efficiently as we rapidly grow. Our number one goal remains to continue to advance our technologies and deliver value to our customers.”

Patterson’s past experiences include executive and senior finance roles at software companies including: Kareo (cloud-based medical office software and services platform), Teletrac Navman (GPS-based fleet optimization products and services), Quest Software (IT administration community software solutions), and Citrix (a leader in virtualization, networking and cloud infrastructure). Patterson has proven his value at each of his previous organizations and has been successful in putting together strategies that resulted in major growth. Tom’s successes include: managing Kareo through revenue growth in excess of 40%, leading Teletrac through a strategic exit to a fortune 500 acquirer, growing Quest software from approximately $200 million in revenue and 1,500 employees to more than $850 million in revenue and more than 4,000 employees, growing Citrix Systems from less than $100 million in revenue and 150 employees to more than $600 million in revenue and 1,500+ employees.

“I’m extremely proud to be joining the DMP team during a time of growth and strategic planning,” said Patterson. “What made the organization appealing was its impressive combination of industry-leading SaaS technology, executive leadership, and positive perception amongst its customers and data partners.
