Badger Maps Launches New and Improved Android App

San Francisco, California – Badger Maps, a mapping and route optimization app for field salespeople, has just launched its brand new Android app in the Google Play Store. The app has been completely rebuilt from the ground up and is now faster, more intuitive and incorporates a number of brand new features that will greatly improve the experience for their 10,000+ Android users.

After listening to their customers’ feedback, Badger Maps completely revamped it’s Android app to offer a better solution to all their Android users. Each feature has been reworked to save users a lot of time on planning and scheduling. By reducing the number of steps and making it more user-friendly, the company expects to rank #1 in the Google Play Store in the ‘route planner’ category as it does in the Apple App Store.

“I’m really glad Badger Maps has now brought the same great capabilities to Android users that Apple users have enjoyed. I’m really excited to continue to innovate and bring field sales people more capabilities on both platforms in parallel.” (Steve Benson, Badger Maps’ CEO)

The Android app offers users a whole new experience.

The app now incorporates redesigned functionalities such as an in-app Calendar and Route Mode. They allow reps to streamline their planning and scheduling, as well as arrive faster to all their appointments. The new Android app now makes it easier for managers and reps to collaborate and always be on the same page using the ‘My Team’ feature, which was previously only available to iOS devices and the desktop application. The app also enables a high level of personalization by allowing the user to keep better track of their visits with advanced settings.

Along with its top-tier web and iOS apps, Badger Maps’ updated Android app makes it the perfect solution for all salespeople on any platform.
