GPS Tracking Company Ezy2c to Buy – OmniTRACK

Australian company Ezy2c recently announced the acquisition of the OmniTRACK business from OmniSTAR, a leading provider in positioning data and a market leader in the design and development of Differential GNSS positioning technology and asset monitoring solutions. Ezy2c CEO Evan Penn states “The acquisition is highly strategic as it will introduce more products and expertise to our business.
