Grand Forks, ND – Sept. 24, 2026 – UAS Magazine, in partnership with the UAS Angel Network and the Grand Forks Region Economic Development Corporation, announced today the six companies selected to present at Pitch Day during the 20th Annual UAS Summit & Expo, taking place Oct. 13–14 at the Alerus Center in Grand Forks, North Dakota.
Each company was selected through an application process by a panel of industry investors and professionals. Pitch Day provides emerging companies with an opportunity to present their technologies, business models and growth opportunities to investors, industry leaders and potential partners.
“Pitch Day continues to be one of the most exciting opportunities we offer at the UAS Summit,” said Marla DeFoe, senior marketing & advertising manager at UAS Magazine. “This year’s companies represent a diverse range of technologies addressing important challenges across the UAS industry, and we are excited to give them a platform to connect with investors and industry leaders.”
The six companies selected to present are:
David Lee of the Federal Laboratory Consortium will also provide a presentation during each Pitch Day session. The FLC connects businesses and entrepreneurs with technologies developed through federal laboratories and research organizations to support commercialization and market adoption.

Now in its 20th year, the UAS Summit & Expo brings together technology developers, manufacturers, operators, government and military organizations, investors, researchers and economic development leaders from across the unmanned aircraft systems industry.
