New Platform from Veesus enhances Data Management, Sharing, and Collaboration

Veesus, a provider of cutting-edge reality visualisation and animation software, announced the release of Arena4U, a new, user-friendly data-sharing platform designed to make collaboration effortless, transparent and accessible – with no hidden costs.

Available as either an on-premises or cloud-hosted solution, Arena4U simplifies data sharing and real-time collaboration, significantly improving the user experience when managing complex 3D projects.

Where many companies struggle to get data to the customer securely and safely, Arena4U is designed to bring together all the different project data, together with existing viewing solutions and allow it to be shared in an intuitive way – providing all users with the same “source of truth”. For example, users can be granted permission to view data without any data transfer necessary. An in-built messaging and note-exhanging system provides the basis for remote collaboration. Arena4U provides a data streaming platform to avoid data transfer of huge files between users.

Most importantly, Arena4U solves the issue of high costs that come with storing and processing large data volumes in the cloud. When deploying Arena4U on-premises, organizations can realize huge cost savings by avoiding high ongoing data costs of traditional cloud solutions.

Data sharing and access are often major pain points in collaborative 3D projects. Collaborators frequently find themselves sending URLs back and forth by email. These emails are easily overlooked or lost, and the data links themselves may expire over time, rendering them unusable. Arena4U simplifies the sharing of 3D data by seamlessly integrating external URLs, enabling different types of collaborative data to be accessed and explored from a single environment.
