SBG Systems to partner with Septentrio to extend the use of Qinertia post-processing software to their mapping and surveying users

Carrières-sur-Seine, France, September 27th 2021 – SBG Systems’ popular INS/GNSS PPK software called Qinertia is now available to users of Septentrio AsteRx-i3 D Pro+, AsteRx-i3 S Pro+ and AsteRx SBi3 Pro+ receivers.

Septentrio To Bring Easy Post-processing to their Community

“As a result of our cooperation with SBG Systems, Septentrio’s mapping customers who use GNSS/INS now have access to both real-time accuracy as well as quick and reliable post-processing workflow. The intuitive user interface of Qinertia software makes it easy for users to further improve their positioning and orientation accuracy in the post-processing step,” said Danilo Sabatini, product manager at Septentrio.

In case of GNSS outage or correction link failure, post-processing recovers accuracy for recorded positioning and inertial data. Who said post-processing needs to be complicated? Qinertia is the easiest, fastest, full-featured post-processing software highly appreciated by geospatial professionals for its modern and intuitive interface.

After the mission, Qinertia gives access to RTK corrections from more than 8,000 base stations to deliver centimeter level accuracy to all your projects. Trajectory and orientation are greatly improved by post processing GNSS and IMU data in forward and backward directions. Qinertia offers a superior GNSS/INS PPK solution with outstanding accuracy, reliability, advanced QC indicators, and a modern API. Qinertia recently added the image geotagging feature, and specific outputs dedicated to photogrammetry.

“We have been close partners with Septentrio for many years; this collaboration was obvious and the result of our mutual trust,” adds Raphaël Siryani, Chief Software Architect and Co-founder of SBG Systems.
