Spatial Vision is pleased to announce the release of the latest version of Nexus, the Vicmap incremental update tool. If you are in the business of delivering services to households and businesses, you will know that properties and their corresponding delivery addresses are constantly changing. Victoria’s Department of Sustainability and Environment makes updates to Vicmap Property and Address available as incremental files every week. The Vicmap Incremental Update Format (IUF) are provided as sequential XML files containing only features that have changed since the previous update. To utilise these XML files, users need smart tools to parse the XML to update their GIS holdings of Vicmap Property and Vicmap Address.
