SuperGIS Server 3 Supports Online Editing

Users on the client side can utilize multiple front-end applications to easily access and browse the GIS services published by SuperGIS Server through the Internet. Moreover, SuperGIS Server 3 provides users with online editing function to edit or add features and its attribute data. Enterprises and organizations not only need front-end map display function but also online editing function to improve the efficiency of editing and updating while managing large numbers of map data.

The online editing function of SuperGIS Server assists related staff in updating map data on the server instantly while managing, editing and investigating. Users can apply commonly-used browsers, like Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera and mobile GIS software. SuperPad to connect to the Internet to obtain the services published by SuperGIS Server and then edit the feature data.

After the editing work, the system can send back the updated data to SuperGIS Server. SuperGIS Server supports multiple users to edit features online at the same time; field surveyors can download the spatial data from the server to browse and edit through the mobile devices instead of carrying abundance of data. As a result, for those enterprises and organizations which need to manage and integrate large numbers of map data, SuperGIS Server can significantly enhance the working efficiency and improve accuracy of the data.
