We are pleased to inform you that the twenty-third session of the Asia-Pacific Regional Space Agency Forum (APRSAF-23) will be held from November 15-18, 2016 at Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila in the Philippines (http://www.sofitelmanila.com/en).

APRSAF-23 will be jointly organized by the Department of Science and Technology of the Philippines (DOST), the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan (MEXT), and the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA).
