With map.apps, con terra offers a fresh and easy way to create map applications based on the ESRI JavaScript API. Barely a year after product launch, many successful customer applications demonstrate the efficiency and high usability of map.apps.
To allow customers, integrators and software developers to simplify creating their own map.apps-based applications, solutions or products, con terra has created a new Developer Edition licensing specifically for the purpose of software development. The Developer Edition is intended only for development of applications based on map.apps. Operational sites then require a standard license by the respective site operators.
Under license of the Developer Edition, a software developer can write any number of applications and solutions. Complying with a “Named User ” principle, the license is registered to a specific software developer as an annual subscription and is free of charge.
