Topcon Positioning System’s (TPS) new GTS-240NW series of total stations are designed to provide “unmatched functionality and dependability in its class, backed by Topcon’s industry-leading technologies,” according to Denny Welch, senior vice president of the TPS survey business unit. The new system features Topcon’s onboard TopField and Road software, which “dramatically increases efficiency in topo data collection, construction layout, as well as road stakeout tasks,” Welch said.
