India’s infrastructure has seen a big improvement over the last 15 years. But, the last two years suggest that the challenge is not ‘what to do’ but ‘how to do it’ and ‘how to finance it’. On ‘how to do it’, there are many implementation professionals, who know exactly how to get things moving, and implement projects in time and within cost. They are present in the public and the private sectors.
