The National Farmers Council is accelerating the drafting of a master plan on comprehensive crop management. Scheduled to be completed in 2014, the master plan is hoped to help tackle problems of farmers at the root cause. The chairman of the National Farmers Council said the master plan sought to assist farmers in terms of marketing, production and prices.
