The Jharkhand Grievance management system (JGMS) or the online version of it www.aapkacm.com is the brainchild of, Shri Arjun Munda, the honorable chief minister of Jharkhand. One can reach JGMS by simply dialing 06513059999, emailing their complaints to [email protected], or lodging a complaint in the website (http://www.aapkacm.com/lodgecomplain.php). The 24X7 call centre is so prepared that that it will register complaints in multiple languages like English, Hind, and other local dialects. The innovative GIS system helps to identify the location of the incoming call, and highlights the area where the call density is high. With the help of this system Shri Arjun Munda can monitor the calls live and air his views as well.
