Upset about unplanned growth of cities and subsequent problem faced by the government during the anti-encroachment drive in Jharkhand, the state planning and development department has decided to prepare a satellite map for the capital that will be used to draw a new master plan. The department plans to use experts for taking the satellite map of the city within and outside the jurisdiction of the Ranchi Municipal Corporation.
