Weeks after the Delhi Assembly cleared the Geospatial Data Infrastructure Bill-2011, work on its implementation has come across a roadblock. The IT department, which has to install 63 IP-based cameras, is yet to find vantage points where they can be installed without being targeted by miscreants.
