Euroconsult Opens Office in Japan

Mr. Kuzuoka brings 35 years of experience in engineering and business development in space, principally for the Earth observation industry. He began his career as a system engineer of EO ground stations at Mitsubishi Electric Corporation in 1979. After moving to ImageOne, he led the EO business for delivering EO processing systems for Japanese clients. At NEC he led business solutions including satellites and ground stations and their applications for emerging countries. Mr. Kuzuoka holds experience as a researcher and a professor at the National Research Institutes and Universities in Japan.

“We have worked with Shigeki on many projects already and believe this to be the natural evolution of our existing relationship,” said Pacôme Révillon, CEO of Euroconsult. “Shigeki’s experience in and knowledge of this key market further strengthens Euroconsult’s global space activity and our ability to work with our Japanese clients. At the same time, new opportunities may now be explored that were previously unavailable to us. We look forward to Euroconsult’s Japan office having a significant impact on our future business endeavors in the region.”

“I am very happy to be representing Euroconsult in Japan,” said Mr. Kuzuoka. “Euroconsult’s reputation is already well established; I intend to build upon this, bringing my experience and local presence to the equation to enhance existing business opportunities and create new ones.
